Team Bonding: To encourage interaction, staff from different departments were mixed across the three buses en route to the resort. This set the tone for our opening meet-and-greet session, where each participant introduced themselves, their role, and tenure at Mercy. This engaging activity fostered meaningful connections and took over an hour—a testament to its success.
 

Early morning, a devastating fire broke out in the local communities, leaving many families without homes. In the face of this tragedy, Father Joe reminds us of the importance of regularizing life for those affected—a guiding principle of Mercy Centre’s mission.
