We had a special visit recently from someone close to our hearts at the Mercy Centre: Lek and her family came and shared ice cream with all the Mercy kids. Lek was a Mercy kid herself once upon a time, and it was a real moment of delight to see her return, with such a generous heart. 

The Landmark Hotel generously opened up their spacious rooms to welcome Mercy kids for an arts and crafts afternoon! Landmark management and employees thoughtfully created a special activity and spent time with our kids making bead bracelets, model cars and planes, and glittery and cute gifts. 

Saturday afternoon was extra-special and out of the ordinary thanks to K. Nun and her family, who brought lunch to the Mercy Centre! Their practical generosity to freely provide a lunch was really lovely to see. The noodles and donuts were a real treat!

For many of our children, the journey to graduation has not been easy. They have overcome obstacles, worked tirelessly, and proven that with the right support, anything is possible. Education opens doors to opportunities, breaks cycles of poverty, and empowers children to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Aroy mak! Thank you to the Verasu representatives who brought a special snack to Mercy kids of Chinese bao buns! The kids really enjoyed it, and we so appreciate the fact that Verasu takes the time again and again to come and spend time at our center and show their support. We appreciate their generosity with each visit!
