Sometimes it’s a familiar face which brings the most joy. Stephen Maier and his family came by the Mercy Centre on a visit to Bangkok. This cinematographer has been a longtime friend of Mercy and created the film “Slaughterhouse Kids” a number of years ago, taking a camera’s lens to focus on the faces, names, and stories behind the Mercy Centre’s work. It was a pleasure to see K. Stephen again, as well as his lovely family, and for them to spend time with Father Joe and P’Galong. Once a friend of Mercy, always and ever one.
