Mercy Children Join a Rock Band...

Last Sunday, May 17, 2009, our children joined together with the renowned Latin-HipHop-Salsa-Jazz-Funk-Rock Band, Ozomatli, back stage before a performance in Bangkok. The 8-member Ozomatli band played several of their most joyous songs for our children; and then our children joined in on percussion and guitar. During the actual performance, our children danced on stage together with the band. Our kids had a blast, but their rock-star days were short-lived, as the very next day was the first day of the new school year. This event was sponsored by the U.S. Embassy.
